1/4 Steer Reservation - 1-Sep-2026

Reserve a 1/4 share of a steer. $100 deposit required per quarter. Final price for the beef will be based on hanging weight at $5.50/lb + $50 per 1/4 mobile butcher fee. The balance due for the beef and mobile butcher fee is due before pick-up of packaged beef from the butcher shop. The estimated cost for each 1/4 beef order + 1/4 share of mobile butcher fee is $650 (total amount payable to Heritage Farm and Field including your deposit). The total estimated costs for 1/2 steer is $1,300 and a whole steer is $2,600. Payment for final processing and packaging will be made directly to the butcher at time of pick-up. The estimated cost for the final butcher fee is $110 per quarter, up to $440 for a whole steer.
